We customise our programs to meet the individual’s and organisation’s context and unique needs. Our programs include individual EQ-assessments using the Workplace- or Leadership Report or a 360 version of the reports. Each person will receive an individual EQ-profile and a personal debrief coaching session. All workshops are conducted using an interactive & experiential learning methodology. No organization should throw money into hiring practices or development programs unless they can prove that they really work. Any leadership program should be able to prove that the right skills are being trained and that the improvement of these skills will lead to better business results.
That´s what our programs can do.
Over the years a wide body of independent research have shown that Emotional Intelligence is the one most important predictor of success for individuals and for organizations.
WE CAN PROVE THAT THE EQi
WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN:
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY
For example, a controlled experimental study of 1,361 global corporation managers showed that feedback-based coaching increased managers’ propensity to seek advice and improved their performance (as judged by their direct reports) one year later.
There are also studies that show that the ROI of developmental coaching is 6 times the cost of the coaching.
With the accumulated research and based on more than 15 years experience the conclusion is that most organizations would benefit by working on improving their collective EQ.
